The days before....
The days are finally ticking down for Team USA. We all leave at some time on Monday for our meeting place in Milan. I can tell you all from speaking with my two teammates that this is an exciting time for us! I beleive that we are all very ready for the competition. BMW just sent out a GREAT press release to Dirt Rider which sums us all up pretty well. ALL are fit and more than competant to get this thing done! It's really neat having Jimmy Lewis part of the journalists who will be working alongside us on our advetures through Tunisia. It has been a boyhood dream of mine to be in the pages of Dirt Rider, hey, I finally made it onto the website...can you help me out Jimmy!!!??? The buzz around the shop here has hit maximum today as it is the last time I will be seeing many friends for a little while. I had a few visitors these past few days, so thanks to the Grant and Rena, Alan, and more for the great wishes. We are hopefully going to have some internet access along the way, so keep an eye out for all of us posting blogs and pictures. As I understand it, BMW has also hired a media team, so lets hope we can get some good video from the comp too! Thanks again to everyone for the amazing support which has become a staple of the BMW community, you all are awesome! Send me a message and I will try my best to get back to you from North Africa!
